Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to appear.

Shipping Responsibility

Delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages may occur due to circumstances such as:

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to a customer-related reason, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, inaccessible mailbox, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including the actual shipping costs incurred by us on orders that qualified for free shipping.
  • If a refund is approved, the actual shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers may choose to have the order re-shipped by paying the applicable re-shipping fee.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
